Each contestant must prepare 1 crock pot worth of bigos OR 2 bottles of cytrynowka per entry. Only one entry allowed per person.

Bigos must be brought ready to eat and heated in a crock pot or other dish (heaters will be available on site to keep your dish warm)

Bigos and/or cytrynowka must be labeled (i.e. note card in front of bigos to inform participants what you are serving

Please bring something (ladle, large spoon) to serve your bigos with. If you are serving cytrynowka, please bring plastic cups/shot glasses to serve it in

Plastic spoons & bowls will be provided and available at the event.

An electric stove top and extension cords will be available to keep your bigos warm at the event.
